My past experiences have been great and the dealership is 5 Star. The lesser rating given today is about Marvin, Service Advisor. Marvin, Service Advisor, wasn’t professional, communication fell just short o 5 Star. The lesser rating given today is about Marvin, Service Advisor. Marvin, Service Advisor, wasn’t professional, communication fell just short of argumentative, was absolutely dismissive of the information I presented to him from a previous appointment with service recommendation and cost. He was disrespectful and smirked throughout the entire conversation. My perception of his behavior and actions was that he didn’t care about what I was saying. I eventually spoke with the Service Manager who acknowledged my concerns and took care of my issue without any hesitation. Thank you for that. I would not recommend Marvin as a Service Advisor and would not want him as an advisor on any future bus. More

This dealership completely ruined my daughters first buying experience. I’m writing this because as a mother I taught my daughter to build her credit for success to achieve her buying goals. This dealership set zero standards and tried to rip my daughter off. Prior going to the dealership she got pre approved and all we needed was a purchase order. As soon as we went into the dealership they tried scamming and pressuring her into financing through them instead. The salesman was very unknowledgeable and took us straight to the finance department against our wishes of not financing. When she gave into financing they ran her credit multiple times. They continued to play games and questioned our bank rate instead of just giving us an honest answer. From all the pressure we left. After going home and discussing it my daughter really loved the car so she went back alone. Once she went alone they raised the price by $1000. This should be illegal. Did they think because she was young and alone they could take advantage of her and she wouldn’t notice the price difference? No one else’s daughter should be taken advantage of. I called the dealership when I learned of the price gauge and talked to David who was very unprofessional, raised his voice and hung up the phone. I personally drove to to the dealership because in the years past I bought a car for my other child here and had a pleasant experience. I was hoping I could speak with someone who actually cared and match the in writing price my daughter originally had to write a happy review. Unfortunately, the general manager Nick came with the same unprofessional attitude and told us to take it or leave it. The management here in past years was great but clearly it has gone downhill. We just wanted them to do the write thing and honour their word. More

They promised to give me a better rate if I financed through them and proceded to give me a rate $1000 higher after running my credit multiple times. We were hung up on and screamed at by David over the phone. We came back in, in hopes to get better service and asked for a general manager and told them that we were treated poorly by David and the general manager still sent David out to handle it because he couldn’t make time for the situation. Once we finally got the general manager we showed him in writing the price that was first promised to purchase the vehicle and he basically told us he didn’t have time for us. We weren’t wanting a discount, we just wanted to be treated fairly and get the price that was first promised. This place will talk down to you about the other associates, take advantage of young woman and trying to scam you for more money. More

Absolutely horrible they have had my car for 2 weeks, they said that they knew the problem and that to fix my car it will be a specific repair, so i paid the $2k+ after I got my car back it did the exact they said that they knew the problem and that to fix my car it will be a specific repair, so i paid the $2k+ after I got my car back it did the exact same thing ( that day!!!)
