From the initial paperwork, to credit check, to financing, to out the door. All was handled professionally. I want to especially give a shot out to Mindy Pluma. Her personality was awesome. One negative that has nothing to do with the dealership. Tell Dodge to back off on the hard pitch for the "extras" at the finance time. A simple question of "Would you like to hear about all of the extended warranty and options?" would have been fine. But the pressure that is place to go over all of this is time consuming and quite honestly, annoying. More

Never have. And he understood that and never pushed. I know the people are there to sale, but I work in customer service and I never push my customers to buy or change their minds just to make a sale. More
