Dishonest and a wasting my time!! I bought a used truck here beginning of April. My car had been totalled out and this is where my car was towed to. Just so happened to have this truck I bought a used truck here beginning of April. My car had been totalled out and this is where my car was towed to. Just so happened to have this truck on the lot which had just come in. When I test drove the truck, there was a chrome diamond plate bed box in the back which was whatever as I didn't really have a need for. The salesman (Josh Worley) said $9K for the truck. I told him I wanted to look at a couple other trucks I had seen ads for which didn't pan out. I called him back and said if he threw in Tonneau cover I would buy it for $9000.00 and he agreed. They were EXTREMELY busy that day and I was there for a LONG time. I was waiting in line for my turn with the finance officer. The paperwork now stated $9700.00 for the truck! With as long as I had been there that day, I thought I just wanted to get out of there. So I agreed. Then they hand me the paperwork and "1 key" to the truck, I go out to the truck and no bed box. Again, I wasn't in need of it, but still erked me. The Tonneau cover was another story that took three attempts and separate weekends of me driving 35 minutes each time to get right. Now, fast forward a few weeks waiting for the insurance to do their thing so I can get the taxes and all taken care of. Now I go to the DMV to get plates. THEY SENT ME HOME WITH THE TRUCK HAVING A FAILED SAFETY INSPECTION WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!! This was on a Tuesday. I called and they said to come in on Wednesday. I came in on Wednesday and the used sales MGR Sean said they would have to order the parts that they should be there on Thursday, but would set up an appointment for Friday in case the parts were late. I told them I couldn't take off work again and they said that they would come get the truck and take care of it, clean it and bring it back. Friday comes. I waited all day and no phone call!! I left my job at three and drove up there. They got the parts installed it while I waited for two hours. No manager ever approached me My plates were due on Saturday, DMV is already closed, my local DMV not open on that Saturday, and I had to work that Saturday night into Sunday morning. When I finally spoke with a manager his only response was something along the lines of "if you get a ticket, we'll take care of it." Really?!?! They finally sent me home with the dealer plates which I still have and no one has called about. Side note, a coworker of mine whose family had purchased the majority of vehicles from here for years no longer deals with them either. He told me that he wishes he knew I was dealing with them. Would have told me to go somewhere else. No, you will not ever see me in that dealership again. More

I buy the oil change package from All Star I find the service to be outstanding at AllStar. I get both my Town & Country serviced there & the Oil changed on my husbands Toyota because it is con I find the service to be outstanding at AllStar. I get both my Town & Country serviced there & the Oil changed on my husbands Toyota because it is convient & the service department is honest, they inform me if they see additional problems or concerns about my vehicles. In the past I went to an “oil change” place & it seemed like I was being told I needed other service that wasn’t necessary. I have never had that kind of experience at All Star. This last visit I was informed the oil pan gasket was leaking so I got it repaired. Keep up the good work! More
