Have been to this dealership twice - Once 2 weeks ago when we were told by the “sales manager - Matt Zumo” on the phone that he “GUARANTEED” that he would be able to give us a quote on ordering a new Ram when we were told by the “sales manager - Matt Zumo” on the phone that he “GUARANTEED” that he would be able to give us a quote on ordering a new Ram 2500. When we arrived for our appointment - someone went and got Matt and he came out to greet us. My husband gave him the window sticker from his 2018 Ram 2500 and told him “This is what I want on my new truck”. My husband asked if he could give us a quote and after trying to sell us a truck on the lot - which is NOT what we wanted. He took the sticker and said “Let me run some numbers for you”. After about 20 minutes - Matt the “Sales Manager” sent someone we had never met out to tell us the computers were down at this time. The gentleman took my husband’s number and said he would receive a call in a few days. We later found out that NO dealership could give an estimate/quote at that time as they were waiting for the ‘22 models to come out. Never received a call however. My husband went back today - 6/16/2021 after finding out that getting an estimate/quote was possible. Again, Matt, the “Sales Manager” came out and my husband gave him an order sheet for the exact truck he wanted. He was told that it would take a few minutes and please have a seat. ONE HOUR LATER - my husband asked him how he was coming with the quote and Matt the “SALES MANAGER” looked surprised and stated and I am quoting here - “ I thought you had left”. Matt was asked if he could give him a price and Matt the “SALES MANAGER” said “I have ordered my quota for the next 3 months.” My husband then asked if he could possibly get a price and he was told NO. “IF THIS MAN IS THE SALES MANAGER AT ALL STAR DODGE, JEEP, RAM CHRYSLER IN DENHAM SPRINGS - HE IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, IMMATURE AND OFFENSIVE PERSON WE HAVE EVER MET” So our advice is to drive a few more miles and go to the MATT BOWER dealership in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Do not get confused by the name Matt the “SALES MANAGER’ and MATT BOWER Dealership as they are two totally different entities. More
