HORRIBLE SERVICE/MANAGEMENT Absolutely avoid All-Star Automotive Group if at all possible! Worst dealership and service department I’ve ever dealt with. Please see previous revie Absolutely avoid All-Star Automotive Group if at all possible! Worst dealership and service department I’ve ever dealt with. Please see previous review from my wife, Teresa Cheely, as this will be a follow up and ongoing- Have been going back and forth with All Star Dodge in Denham Springs since September 2018 to resolve a starting issue. The vehicle was purchased a few months earlier in June 2018. After keeping my vehicle for nearly a month and doing absolutely nothing with it, it was returned to me with unresolved issues. I went back in week before thanksgiving and was told a recalled part that has already been replaced would need to be ordered. Service tech, Carmen, said she would call the next day to confirm it was ordered and would also call to confirm it was delivered. No calls received. I called for weeks, left voicemails, and never got any response. I’ve tried reaching the service manager and general manager without any response either (both have since been fired, replacements not returning calls either). Starting issue was getting much worse and after getting stranded a few times decided to drive in and question service department in person since that’s the only way to have any correspondence with them. Numerous other unhappy customers any time I’ve been there. I question about the part that should have been ordered over 3 weeks ago and after waiting about an hour I finally get the answer that the part was never ordered. This was Monday, and they promised it would be ordered that day and would be in Wednesday morning. Although the vehicle would not start and was hazardous to drive, the new service manager, Tonya, would not provide a rental or loaner. Angrily, I said I would return 1st thing Wednesday morning, hoping to finally be done with this service department. Trying to leave, the vehicle will no longer start at all. Once I showed this to the service tech, Carmen, she finally tried to run this back through warranty and approve a rental. Was told to call her back Wednesday morning to confirm part was delivered. I tried calling Carmen, Tonya, and Richard (General Manager) for 30 minutes before I was able to get someone on the phone and all they could say was that the “part has been invoiced and should be here later this afternoon or 1st thing in the morning”. I have absolutely no hope in them resolving this in a timely manner or that this part (that has already been replaced) will have any effect. Further, the rental will only be approved for 5 days and I will be responsible past that period - just in time to try to travel for the holidays. Will provide further updates as I try to resolve this issue. Reviews @ allstarautomotive don’t bother responding - we’ve tried contacting you directly as well without any response and your communication here is a abhorrent attempt to save face. Please stop wasting my time and money and deliver this vehicle to someone capable of servicing and answering a phone. As this has resulted in undue hardships and charges for services undelivered, with my experience being well documented, this case will be presented to the BBB, CFPB, and pursued legally to recover damages if necessary. Pathetic. More

Signed all paperwork, was waiting for keys to new truck, then was told I would have to come back in the morning to pick the new truck up because the banks was closed and they couldn't do anything. I arrived at 6:00pm and left at 8:30pm. I told FM if I couldn't take the truck tonight, then I didn't want it. He basically said he didn't care. So I left! Terrible place! Had friends say to stay away and now I know why! More

Terrible Experience at Allstar Dodge/Jeep Don’t waste your time traveling to Allstar Dodge/Jeep in Denham Springs as my son and I were treaded terribly by the sales manager Ben from the first Don’t waste your time traveling to Allstar Dodge/Jeep in Denham Springs as my son and I were treaded terribly by the sales manager Ben from the first moment that we met him. In the beginning we dealt with the sales representative Dillon, who was extremely pleasant to speak with. When he turned it over to Ben, our experience became a nightmare. He was very aggressive and wanted to be argumentative throughout each conversation that we had with him which was not necessary, and when I confronted him about his aggressiveness, and asked him to please tone it down as we were not interested in arguing, he asked if we wanted to deal with another manager, of which I said yes. My son and I truly believe that Ben was ready to leave, and wasn’t wanting to work with us. I have bought many vehicles within my life, and have never been treated like I was treated by Ben in front of my son as well as other customers there trying to buy a vehicle. When the other manager arrived he gave us a brief explanation of the numbers that they had, I then shook his hand, and said thank you. My son and I then just left the dealership as we felt Ben had made it impossible for us to purchase a vehicle from Allstar Dodge/Jeep. Afterward, I chatted with an online representative from Allstar who asked me for my phone number and email address of which I gave her. Within minutes I had what looked like a generic email response from the General manager named Jon Goodart who stated within his email that he wanted to hear from me at any time by phone or text about wanting to deal with me personally, and to offer me a deal that no other dealership would be willing to do. This was at 20:30 last night which was minutes after we left the dealership. I sent a couple of texts at that time to Jon, and it is currently 12:00 noon the following day with no response from Jon! Bottom line is that they did not want to come down from the high price of their jeep, and wanted to give me roughly $2,500 less than what my trade was worth according to KBB or NADA. These dealerships live and breath by the KBB or NADA when selling you a vehicle, yet they don’t even look at them when taking in a trade. My trade was worth every bit of $16,000 as it is in great shape, and they will get $20,000-$21,000 for this vehicle on their used car lot. Buying a vehicle is already difficult for most people, as they are try find something within their budget. Dealing with a manager who really seemed to want to be elsewhere rather than trying to help customers meet their vehicle buying needs is unacceptable! No one should have to deal with such an aggressive, miserable manager! Unless I get a formal apology, I will continue to share my terrible experience with everyone that I come in contact with about Allstar Dodge/Jeep in Denham Springs! More

Had rep set appointment to meet with Sales Manager, go over vehicle and discuss pricing. Arrived at dealership at set time and had to wait 20 minutes to see manager. Was then informed that vehicle that I had initially asked about had been sold. Offered to bring similar vehicle from another dealership at a higher price and was very unapologetic about the whole affair. Wouldn't buy \a vehicle here if you paid me. Very poor customer relations. Made an appointment for warranty service, had my truck the entire day without a phone call and did not return messages. Finally get Paul on the phone and he tells me that they can't get to it until Monday and no there won't be a loaner. Go up there to get my vehicle and of course nobody is available from management to hear my complaint. The best part, my vehicle is on the lot with the windows down unsecured. Suckered In! Verbal False Info and Advertisement POOR MANAGEMENT. Recently I Googled All- Star Dodge in Denham Springs, LA as I was shopping around for a new Jeep Wrangler. The first website link POOR MANAGEMENT. Recently I Googled All- Star Dodge in Denham Springs, LA as I was shopping around for a new Jeep Wrangler. The first website link listed was www.allstardodgelouisiana.com. After clicking the link to search in new inventory I noticed there was a white Wrangler Unlimited that was listed for $30, 505 under the "All Star Price". The Wrangler had a a set of what appeared to be custom wheels so I searched to see if there was any additional price listed in the small print. There was not. However, there was a section titled "Offers" listed below the All Star Price that listed being able to lease the Wrangler for $286/mo for 36 months with $2,500 down. Being that I live a good 20-30 minuets from the dealership, I called the number listed, which soon was answered by a woman saying "Hello, All-Star Automotive". I told her I was interested in leasing a particular Wrangler listed on their website and she said she would connect me to the Dodge Jeep and Chrystler side. I was then connected to another woman who said she was over the internet sales department. I gave her the stock number and asked her if the listing was correct. I asked if the Wrangler was truly the price listed of $30, 505 and if I could lease that exact Wrangler of the stock number given for $286/mo for 36 months with $2,500 down. She responded yes. I told her that I would come by the following day to check it out and she told gave the name of the salesman Id be seeing. When I arrived the salesman met me at the door and brought me straight to the Wrangler I had called about. As soon as I laid my eyes on it I noticed the Wrangler was much nicer than it looked in the picture and knew then that they had suckered me in. Of course there was a separate sticker on the window listing over $10,000 in added features. Not only could I not lease this stock number for $286/mo for 36 months with $2,500 down like I was told over the phone, the price for these added features were not mentioned anywhere on the websites listing. In a state of panic after mentioning false advertisement from the website listing and the confirmation I received over the phone, the salesman quickly asked me to step into the managers office to talk behind closed doors. The managers excuse was that the FIRST WEBSITE listed on Google was not their official website and that their website was www.allstarautomotive.com, THE FIFTH WEBSITE listed!! He also went on to tell me that the woman I spoke to that passed on all of my info to the salesman expecting me didn't actually work for his dealership so they weren't responsible for what she had confirmed. This was nothing more than old school suckering to get people in the door. The manager claimed to not be aware that the dealerships official website was listed fifth on Google. What horrible management to not be aware of something like that and have someone who doesn't work for you answering the phone for internet sales. Not to mention the fact that the websites are still listed in the order with the same false price. He made no attempt to give me a great deal to make it right so I informed him that I would be writing a letter to the BBB in reference to the false advertisement, poor management and lack of customer service. The manager then began to shout at me asking "does that make you feel better about yourself, to take money out of my pocket and make me look bad?". The best part is www.allstarautomotive.com still does not mention the added cost for the features and has the Wrangler listed under the "Final Price" of $30,505. So do not be suckered in by these guys with what appears to be great offers because when you arrive there will be a huge catch. More
