All-Star Chevrolet

I drove a significant distance to see the vehicle and items were not included as described. Other imperfections were also not disclosed until I arrived. They did compensate a GM part costing appropriatel items were not included as described. Other imperfections were also not disclosed until I arrived. They did compensate a GM part costing appropriately $300. The item described that was believed to be included with said vehicle is approximately $1500. The salesman attempted to make it right but was overruled by his supervisor. I did purchase said vehicle out of necessity/time committed to this endeavor. (In hindsight, this was a mistake and I should of cut my loses) The paperwork required to register the vehicle was not sent by the dealership in a timely manner. I did call approximately one week later and they sent it via FedEx overnight. As i write this, I still have not received the promised $300 GM part. I do not recommend this dealership. FYI, this is only the 3rd review I have ever completed on any product. I hope this helps someone else so they don't experience the same issues. More

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. Well don't depend on that, I had researched all of their reviews and they were surprisingly good, obviously wrote by someone associated with the company. My first experience with the company, I filled out the application and the salesperson (Daniel) proceeded to go to the back room and discuss my application with the financial advisor where as I could hear the whole entire conversation between the two. At one point in the conversation I heard profanity when talking about my application, these people are not professional and have a lack of respect for customers. My opinion, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. More

My family has been doing business with All Star for many years. They are the absolute best car dealership and service center I've ever dealt with. I just bought a new Camaro RS for my daughter for graduatio years. They are the absolute best car dealership and service center I've ever dealt with. I just bought a new Camaro RS for my daughter for graduation. Barry and Jeff were great and gave me an excellent deal. Keith and Daryle made sure everything was perfect before she drove off to college. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of us. I highly recommend All Star to anyone searching for a new vehicle or a fantastic service department that take the time to get it right and stand behind their work. More
