My wife had to carry her 2024 Explore in because window wouldn’t go up. Had 5,000 miles on vehicle. She said they were really nice and very professional. Didn’t have the part but ordered it and had it the wouldn’t go up. Had 5,000 miles on vehicle. She said they were really nice and very professional.
