His objective was to help us get the car that we wanted and also the price. We had been shopping around at many dealerships and were undecided about the vehicle we wanted. We had also gone to a few other ford dealerships and no one was as helpful and as knowledgeable as TJ. We made our decision overnight went back to All American and got the Explorer. He got us the car and we picked it up the next day We are both very happy with our choice of car and the dealership. Mostly with TJ. He really was terrific and we look forward to working with him again. More
Key FOB and combination keypad malfunction I called for appointment and was given a close by date. I believe that my problem was unusual and therefore needed more attention to ascertan the pro I called for appointment and was given a close by date. I believe that my problem was unusual and therefore needed more attention to ascertan the problem. The combination key pad malfunctioned and I needed to call Ford roadside service while on vacation. Since my keys were locked in the car on purpose road service needed to come to open the car. First, Ford Roadside service was phenomenal arriving within 20 minutes and keeping me posted the entire time. For several months my remote key feature was not responding some of the time and was causing me aggravation. The problem was resolved with new battery and module replaced. Kenneth Whyte was extremely attentive, understanding and followed through with the details. I really could not say anything more positive about him. It is a pleasure to deal with him. The All American Scam I leased two cars from this dealership. One of my cars 2013 Fusion has had nothing but problems. Recall after Recall. The problem is they are "busy I leased two cars from this dealership. One of my cars 2013 Fusion has had nothing but problems. Recall after Recall. The problem is they are "busy" so they never have loaner cars. Then the Edge I have has been fine but recently had a problem with the transmission which I have heard has happened to multiple cars in this make and model but has yet to be a recall. Since the part is not covered under warranty they are charging us $1700 to repair and replace the part. Again took one full month to get a loaner car. More
