My 1999 Toyota RAV4 was dying and my oldest grandson was driving a Ford Focus that he and his parents were very happy with (great gas milage and safety features) so I wanted to check out a 2013 Focus. I was using the Costco auto buying program and, lucky for me, All American Ford of Hackensack was participating in that program. Eddie Watson was the sales person who helped me and he is the best! He showed me the inventory available and a new 2013 red Ford Focus was the pick of the litter in my opinion. Eddie patiently explained the buy versus lease options available to me but the monthly payments were a little out of my range. Eddie worked with me over the course of a few days (numerous phone calls - Eddie is a very patient guy with a great sense of humor) and he finally was able to come up with a lease deal that I could manage. I get a new car when my old one falls apart and I told Eddie that thanks to him, I now had a new hot ride! I definitely recommend All American Ford of Hackensack and Eddie Watson as a sales person. If you do go to this dealer and see Eddie, please tell him I said "Hello!" More
Having lost my car to theft during the Sandy Superstorm - I was forced to purchase a new vehicle with very little 'prep' time. Steve Martino was outstanding! I never felt pressured or confused. He readily answered all my questions. He treated me with compassion and respect - not at all the 'car salesman' stereotype. I trusted him and felt safe with him. I could not have asked for a better experience. I previously drove a Dodge - I am very happy with my Ford Explorer and would recommend Steve Martino - and All American Ford without the slightest hesitation. More
Three weeks age we lost our 2011 Ford Edge in the disastrous flood that hit our town of Little Ferry, NJ. Larry was fantastic in my search for a new car after my old car was destroyed in Hurricane Sandy. My dad leased his first car from him last year and suggested I check out a Ford as well. I knew what I was looking for, and Larry really helped meet those needs. He was able to secure the car I wanted and have it ready for pickup while I ironed out everything with my insurance company. The whole process took less thank four days. I'll absolutely be back in two years when the term is up to consider another Ford. More

Eventually a friend recommended All-American Ford in Hackensack. I called and worked with Adam Selman. He was polite, helpful, and honest. He understood exactly what we were looking for and quoted us a great price that we accepted on the spot. Picking up the car was a breeze as well. We worked with Brian E. who had the car prepped and ready to picked up in no time. He was also great in explaining the various features. He even entertained our 1.5 year old daughter while we completed the paperwork. I highly recommend anybody looking at a Ford to visit All-American. More
My 2008 Focus was deemed a total loss due to the October 28, 2012 storm, Hurricane Sandy. When I went to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle, Ryal was the salesman who helped me. Not only was he sympathetic towards my situation, he was extremely helpful and did whatever he could to make my purchase easy and affordable. He asked me exactly what it was I was looking for and made sure he found THE car that met my needs and THEN SOME..! He also took the time to drive me down to the lot where the cars are held to show me different models and colors. I went to the dealership with the Focus in mind but left with a brand new, FULLY loaded 2013 Escape. I love my car and never thought I would be sitting in the driver seat of such a beauty!! Thanks Ryal, for all of your help!!! You are the best and Ford is lucky to have such a great salesman to represent their dealership. If anyone out there is thinking about a Ford, stop in and see Ryal. You won't be disappointed! More
