My wife had to carry her 2024 Explore in because window wouldn’t go up. Had 5,000 miles on vehicle. She said they were really nice and very professional. Didn’t have the part but ordered it and had it the wouldn’t go up. Had 5,000 miles on vehicle. She said they were really nice and very professional. Didn’t have the part but ordered it and had it the next business day. They took the time to make her window go back up and stay there until the new part came in. New part came in and was installed within an hour. Very nice people. We will definitely go back for the rest of our maintenance work. More

James's came into customer waiting area (waiting area very comfortable )to explained my diagnosis and I give him permission to proceed with repair. Waiting time was reasonable and repair results was explained with workmanship warranty on repair. 5 star out of 5 rating. More
