Very unprofessional technicians apparently don’t know how to install oil filters and don’t own up to their mistakes which could’ve been costly in this case. My wife happe technicians apparently don’t know how to install oil filters and don’t own up to their mistakes which could’ve been costly in this case. My wife happen to notice the oil pouring out of the engine bay and shut off the Jeep. Brought it back and they did fix the problem, but wouldn’t even clean up the mess that they created. I’ve heard many horror stories and glad this one wasn’t extremely bad but the service department needs to get there act together. More

Which it all started with the stop and light coming on stay on and later my batteries had to be replace. Will wait and see what happen with vehicle stoping. More

Attention to detail? I recently came in to have a few things done, an oil change, l've had two done at this service center and the service technicians always overfill it w I recently came in to have a few things done, an oil change, l've had two done at this service center and the service technicians always overfill it with oil. Do they know how to read an oil dipstick? Before l left, l noticed the radiator fluid was really low and asked to have it topped off, someone filled it so full it is now way beyond the max fill line. I even asked to have my license plate and bracket secured to the front bumper, l didn't think l had to tell them to make sure it was straight and centered, which it was not. I'm concerned if they can't handle simple things like this, if l want them messing around with my engine, electrical system or any other mechanical adjustments. More
