The actual service done may be a terrible experience, but Jason is an honest guy who won’t avoid you and try to ‘deal’ with you only when you show up. More

Recall on truck Well i took my truck for a recall.. asked them if they could check the truck because it was shaking allot.. since it was still under warranty.. there Well i took my truck for a recall.. asked them if they could check the truck because it was shaking allot.. since it was still under warranty.. there response was we can run a diagnostics on it but if warranty doesnt want to cover the Repairs and i didnt want to pay out of pocket i would still have to pay for the diagnostics.. so i called a buddy of mine that works in a dodge dealer in devine and he told me thats what they say to make you pay.. so now i have to drive 4 hrs to get my xxxx truck checked out.. thanks for the help all american.. Excessively long wait On May 13th I submitted my vehicle for major repairs, picked up July 31, the day after it was ready. I received no communication from dealership for t On May 13th I submitted my vehicle for major repairs, picked up July 31, the day after it was ready. I received no communication from dealership for the whole duration what so ever, on progress, issues or estimated time of completion, until the day it was ready to be picked up. Now I am being asked for feedback. Out of the 10 or so calls I received from my insurance adjuster she was unable to reach Jason most of the time, and received no response to her messages, which hindered me from getting any information about my truck. I finally spoke to Candy and within a day she had an update for me. I feel communication with your customers is key when you have their property in your procession. We should expect nothing less. More
