bad service the service dept made my appt 2 month in advance and when I took my truck they did not have the part need and the lady said she had no idea when the p the service dept made my appt 2 month in advance and when I took my truck they did not have the part need and the lady said she had no idea when the part would come in. That it was coming from another country so she had no idea what or when to schedule me In. Why didn't the service department call me before I headed that way. I could of been notified days in advance not to go. no they waited till I got there. More

Friendly personnel I brought my dad's 19 ram in to get the oil & filter changed and to have the tires rotated.
