Poor communication from service department. I wouldn’t recommend them for any type of service. They will not keep you in the loop on the status of your vehicle. Disappointed I am very disappointed in the service. I bought my Durango there and was very satisfied with that part of the business. I bought the life time oil change when I purchased my car, so therefore I really don't want to go anywhere else. I don't have enough space to tell you about my experience, but all I have to say It surely needs to be improved so your customers don't have to wait so long. More

Not completely satisfied with my experience. I had to call the warranty company myself to verify eligibility. Regina called me and said the parts were not covered. When I asked for a reason she said “I don’t know.” I then had to call MOPAR myself and asked for a reason. That’s when I learned that the parts were covered under my warranty. Regina provided inaccurate information. She was nice about it, but definitely not the best service. I never had any contact with the service department people, so not sure who to pick there. More

Took almost exactly 2 hours for an oil change and state inspection. I was told I was the first one in line at 7:30am and that it shouldn’t take too long. 2 hours in my opinion is a little ridiculous for an inspection. I was never introduced to anyone in the service department therefore I marked everyone in service with 5 stars. Kinda unfair to give 1 star to someone that had nothing to do with my service!?
