I asked the tech about some indicator lights that needed resetting, his reply was that the truck needed to be diagnosed to see what was causing the lights to come on. I explained that it was the CCV filter resetting, his reply was that the truck needed to be diagnosed to see what was causing the lights to come on. I explained that it was the CCV filter that had been changed and that I could not get it reset. Well the little xxxxx was adamant that the truck still needed to be diagnosed. I left the truck for an oil change and picked it up later. I paid closer attention to youtube and got my issue resolved. More

Took over 2 weeks to fix a minor issue that should had been taken care of before the car was sold to me, the service department is very unorganized as well.
