My vehicle has been in the shop over 18 months. My messages all go without answer and it is clear to me that I will be made to pay out of pocket despite having full coverage insurance. Came to get my brakes done here because I usually get my oils change done and I have never had any issues and the staff has always been awesome.y vehicle is my work vehicle so I asked before dropping it off oils change done and I have never had any issues and the staff has always been awesome.y vehicle is my work vehicle so I asked before dropping it off if it could be done that same day. They stated yes and that it should be a 2 hour job. I said ok. If I would have know it would have been such an issue I would have never done it here. It took over 2 full days to get it back. Due to several different issues. From the part having to be ordered, then re ordered because they were missing components in the first order. To the mechanic not actually knowing how to do the brakes on my truck and introducing air back into the lines after the job was almost completed. To having several codes come back on the truck when restart due to the mechanic not disconnecting the battery then having it to take it to another shop to get the codes cleared and re-inspected. The Mechanic coordinator was very apologetic about it and reduced the price of the repairs but after some many issues it was honestly a bad experience and would not have done it then here if I had the slightest idea I would have had that many issues with it.
