Rude and Horrible Took my 2013 Chrysler 200 in for service at 14k miles. I asked if they took a look at the brakes and was told NO. That I would have to leave the care for a minimum of a week to look at it because they were behind. I asked if the tires were rotated because is the tires were off all they has to do was look at the brakes right then and there. I pointed out that it was part of the scheduled maintenance. They laughed and said who really reads the owners manual. From now on i will just take it to Monahans for service. More

It has taken 20 days for this dealership to paint a hood and a door and fix an AC duct. They did not offer me a car even after they knew it was going to take more than a week to repair the vehicle. Could have at least told me it was going to take this long and gave my vehicle back and made me an appointment. Then I might not have been without my vehicle this long. I still don't have my vehicle and not sure when I'm going to get it back. Should have listened to the rumors around town about this dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Buy your dodge from somewhere else. If you ever need it repaired, drive to another town. More
