Maranda Rimer The only reason I gave a 5 star rating for the Service dept and a yes to recommend is because Maranda Rimer the Sales Consultant is AWESOME. I have h The only reason I gave a 5 star rating for the Service dept and a yes to recommend is because Maranda Rimer the Sales Consultant is AWESOME. I have had lots of problems with the service dept at All American I haven't got them to call me back and give me a straight answer yet. So I only deal with Maranda. She sold me my Jeep last July and whenever I have a problem I go to her. I have had my Jeep in there 6 time 1 for a recall and oil change, 1 for oil change which didn't happen, the other 4 because for stero and A/C problems. Not once has it been without issues with the service dept. But Maranda has always got the situation resolved for me. Maybe they need people like Miss Rimer to manage the Service dept. I wouldn't take my Jeep there if it wasn't for her. I wouldn't have even bought my Jeep there if it wasn't for her. Someone needs to recognize her for her Awesome work with the public. Thank you Miss Rimer. More

Service Sux The service here is the worst I've ever seen. Nothing but a bunch of lying chumps working in this place. Took one of my work trucks in for recalls a The service here is the worst I've ever seen. Nothing but a bunch of lying chumps working in this place. Took one of my work trucks in for recalls and computer upgrades and oil change after two weeks they said they had to order a part it would be in the next day and be ready the following Tuesday. Called left messages never got return call went to dealership to find out what the deal was nothing had been done to the truck the new rep I talked to said no parts had to be ordered for the repairs they were doing and the truck would be ready by the end of the day or next morning he would call when its ready. 2 days later call leave him message to call me never get a call back a week and half later finally go up there again because the sorry excuse of a rep don't believe in returning calls or flat a__ is ignoring me and I'm told the truck is ready, no reason as to why nobody can call and tell me or answer the phone. Get the truck back crawl underneath to see what all they did and see that the old oil filter is still on it so they never changed the oil but made sure to charge for it. Take it back tell them they didn't change the oil and the guy has a crappy attitude with me. Get the truck back go 30 miles and the check engine light is back on. Honestly don't think the truck ever got pulled into their shop and had anything done to it. Will never take another company truck or personal vehicle to this shop again. More

Finally decided to bring it in to dealership. Started out at $185 then estimate jumped to $420. Spoke with Arnold and he then said it's $740 and we'll order parts tomorrow and be done by end of week. Get a call on Friday(today) that it's finished and final cost $1040. Whoa! Thanks for the heads up info. They are giving their customers limited information and basing their customers as nothing but fools. Be careful More

I don't remember the person I dealt with when I took my truck for the oil change, but he did excellent. I think it was Jason Etherton. Jose Tejada has always presented himself as a mature/professional individual. I don't have anything good to say about the managers for this department. They need to learn, from these two employees, as to how to treat customers. More
