Came in for my scheduled service like usual, and asked about the key for the wheels that are on the car. When car was purchased there wasn't a key in the vehicle and hadn't needed one till recently when a about the key for the wheels that are on the car. When car was purchased there wasn't a key in the vehicle and hadn't needed one till recently when a nail has been picked up. The dealership service manager informed me its been too long and to knock the locks off was going to be several hundred dollars. I'm not sure about anyone else but when you buy a vehicle (chrysler 300) you expect everything to be there and don't particularly look for a key when it's brand new until you need it. Really pisses me off that it's a "oh well" attitude. More
