Rude and Horrible Took my 2013 Chrysler 200 in for service at 14k miles. I asked them to rotate the tires and check the brakes as they make a humming sound when you go Took my 2013 Chrysler 200 in for service at 14k miles. I asked them to rotate the tires and check the brakes as they make a humming sound when you go in reverse. After an hour and half my car is pulled forward. I asked if they took a look at the brakes and was told NO. That I would have to leave the care for a minimum of a week to look at it because they were behind. I asked if the tires were rotated because is the tires were off all they has to do was look at the brakes right then and there. I pointed out that it was part of the scheduled maintenance. They laughed and said who really reads the owners manual. From now on i will just take it to Monahans for service. More
