What happen to being honest and doing what you say. Got another recall on 2012 challenger , and need oil changed and need inspection. Called Sammy Luna on 8-16-16 ask if could get this set up for he knows I don't like the service Dept there cause they are incompetent and very unprofessional !! And he said sure text me a picture of recall notice and that he was at lunch but do it when he got back to store well it's the 8-31-16 and I even called him back and left message and he hasn't bothered to call me back nor did he do what he say he would do. It's been 16 days now. I have said since right after I paid cash for that car on 9-1-2012 I have had nothing good to say about this company or its employees including LARRY Hook !! What ever happen to do what you say your going to do. I will never buy anything from this dealership ever again. More

Service Department is the worst.... Sales is not an issue with this dealership. They are certainly very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. however once the sale is complete and you req Sales is not an issue with this dealership. I received a recall notification, made my appt and took my vehicle in on Friday at 8am. In addition to the recall notification, I requested to have another issue looked at. I was told we would receive notification in 30 minutes of the drop off regarding status. No call was received. Needless to say, they had it all weekend. Today is 2pm Monday and I have spent a better part of today trying to get ahold of someone which has been useless. This has been the case each time we have had to take in a vehicle... my last resort... to drive up there. I would not recommend a dealership who's commitment to service ends once the purchase has been made. More

Customer Service at the very lowest.. After trying to get in contact with someone at the Midland dealership for over a week with no luck, I called the Odessa service dept and was told to b After trying to get in contact with someone at the Midland dealership for over a week with no luck, I called the Odessa service dept and was told to bring my jeep in and it would be taken care of. Yay right? Nope! After leaving several messages, after my vehicle being there for a week, I finally got to talk to a human and Jose left me on hold for over 25 mins. I called from another phone, while still on hold, and Jeremy answered. Shocking! After assuring Jeremy that my jeep was black and not white and learning that they didn't even have it under the right name, I asked what the deal was about not returning phone calls. His response, "Yea." I questioned his response and he said, "Well what do you want me to say?" How about an apology for sucking at your job as a customer service representative! I seriously have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! If I ever get my vehicle back, I will not have any future dealings with All American-ever. I strongly suggest you find another dealership for any vehicle needs. They are extremely frustrating and incompetent. I would like to say thank you to the operator who bless her heart had to deal with my ever increasing anger. More
