Wonder Woman Does It Again After I bought my first vehicle from Miranda, I knew that if I ever needed assistance again she would be the person to turn to and I was right. I am a contract welder and needed a truck to work out of. I had an extremely specific vehicle in mind. When I arrived at the dealership they actually had the truck I wanted on the lot. It almost seemed like destiny. after 4 to 5 hours of listening to Miranda talk to the banks and shave the dollars of the monthly payment we settled on an amount that all parties agreed was acceptable. while signing the papers the truck went through an inspection and we found that the engine had been tampered with and the truck was no longer for sale. Having my dream rig pulled out from under me was upsetting, but with Miranda, and some help from our friend bobby, they found a CHEAPER truck with 40K LESS MILES, IN 2 DAYS! so I love it. sign the papers. then AFTER I HAVE SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND LEGALLY OWN THE TRUCK, Miranda calls me and tells me I have to resign the contract....I asked why and she says she was able to get the payments even lower. I was thinking $10/month. I signed for $100 less per month. even after the deal was closed she was still looking out for me. this woman is not a salesperson. I am in Jeep Service Department H*ll I am being kind giving this dealer one star. The service department sucks. My Jeep has been in their repair shop for warranty transmission service f I am being kind giving this dealer one star. The service department sucks. My Jeep has been in their repair shop for warranty transmission service for over a month. They will NOT return phone calls. I finally complained to Jeep and they assigned a client service representative to help me. Her calls are being ignored or when they do call her, they lie. She was told my Jeep would be ready on Friday then it would be ready on Tuesday. It still is not ready. Her manager is now involved and the dealership will not return her calls. It is March 1 and I have been without my vehicle for 31 days. Bring your car here and it will fall into a black hole. Remember, you have been warned. By the way, my Jeep is 34 months old and has 20,000 miles on it. More
