This place keep my vehicle for 3 months and after they said it was fixed I went to go pick up my vehicle. Once I got in it and was about to drive off the lot, I noticed the problem I brought my vehicle in said it was fixed I went to go pick up my vehicle. Once I got in it and was about to drive off the lot, I noticed the problem I brought my vehicle in for was not fixed and was still there. I’m frustrated that I have only driven my Jeep gladiator for only 3 weeks and I had to take it in and they keep it for 3 months. I’ve been paying on a vehicle I haven’t even driven I payed a lot of money for this vehicle at this dealership and they can’t even try to help. There service at the service department is garbage and they should try finding new people. The manger is no help either. I will never buy another vehicle for this place just because of the service department. More

So far I have had very good luck with service for my new Dodge Ram pickup. The staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints!!! As far as the sales staff, they could be a little bit better educated concernin Dodge Ram pickup. The staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints!!! As far as the sales staff, they could be a little bit better educated concerning pricing of vehicles offered with off-road kits, etc. There was a $22K difference between the price of the truck and the sticker and the salesman failed to tell me that. I ended up buying but it just wasn't a good look for AA. More

Technician replaced part under dashboard and was not reassembled correctly. Found spare screw on passenger floor board. Makes annoying whistling sound on Highway. We went to get a oil change for our eco-diesel. It didn’t take long for them to do it.
