She was polite, honest, worked extremely hard to get within my price range for a truly exceptional vehicle. She even hand washed my car because the detail shop was running behind and wasn't going to be able to get to me on time. She dealt with some many curveballs and handled each daunting task with professionalism and expertise like I have never seen. She dealt with the detail shop, who in my opinion should take more pride in their work, she dealt with her own co-workers trying to take her sale ( a guy actually tried to sell me a car when she walk away for a few minutes), and while in the dealership another customer hit my car and she personally saw to my every need. She was there for me night and day. I called her at 10 pm and she answered. On her personal time she helped me with the settings on the touch screen. When my car was sent to the body shop she not only sent me to what I think is the best body shop in town she negotiated me to the front of the line and has guaranteed my car will be fixed in days. I would never buy another car from any person in my life as long as she is available. Thank you Miranda. Your ethics and values are unmatched and I love my 2016 dodge challenger SXT+ More

Service Department is the worst.... Sales is not an issue with this dealership. They are certainly very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. however once the sale is complete and you req Sales is not an issue with this dealership. I received a recall notification, made my appt and took my vehicle in on Friday at 8am. In addition to the recall notification, I requested to have another issue looked at. I was told we would receive notification in 30 minutes of the drop off regarding status. No call was received. Needless to say, they had it all weekend. Today is 2pm Monday and I have spent a better part of today trying to get ahold of someone which has been useless. This has been the case each time we have had to take in a vehicle... my last resort... to drive up there. I would not recommend a dealership who's commitment to service ends once the purchase has been made. More

Customer Service at the very lowest.. After trying to get in contact with someone at the Midland dealership for over a week with no luck, I called the Odessa service dept and was told to b After trying to get in contact with someone at the Midland dealership for over a week with no luck, I called the Odessa service dept and was told to bring my jeep in and it would be taken care of. Yay right? Nope! After leaving several messages, after my vehicle being there for a week, I finally got to talk to a human and Jose left me on hold for over 25 mins. I called from another phone, while still on hold, and Jeremy answered. Shocking! After assuring Jeremy that my jeep was black and not white and learning that they didn't even have it under the right name, I asked what the deal was about not returning phone calls. His response, "Yea." I questioned his response and he said, "Well what do you want me to say?" How about an apology for sucking at your job as a customer service representative! I seriously have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! If I ever get my vehicle back, I will not have any future dealings with All American-ever. I strongly suggest you find another dealership for any vehicle needs. They are extremely frustrating and incompetent. I would like to say thank you to the operator who bless her heart had to deal with my ever increasing anger. More
