First good experience with the service department! We were all told that they are slow, give people the runaround, and to use another company for maintenance and repairs. My wife was persistent on giving them one final chance. She called and told them what was needed, set an appointment, took the truck in. She delt with a guy named Dakota, for once someone answered her questions, treated her with respect, and kept his word, she was in and out within an hour. He even looked into a problem we were having and called her back with the solution. After swearing off the All American service department, we will use them moving forward as long as we get the same service Dakota provided. More
Tried to rip my off by over $10,000. I went in for a Ram 1500, 2020 model. They attempted to sell me a 2019, telling me it was a 2020, for a price almost $10,000 higher than a top of the I went in for a Ram 1500, 2020 model. They attempted to sell me a 2019, telling me it was a 2020, for a price almost $10,000 higher than a top of the line 2020. It only took two minutes online to see other dealerships close by that were anywhere from $4000 to $10,000 cheaper but not for the 2019 they tried to sell me. They were $10,000 cheaper for a better truck with more features and the 2020 model. They also tried to charge me an extra $4000 for "added features" even though they were already built into the base price. Once I talked them into not ripping me off (Granted it didn't take much convincing. They took off all the added rip off prices the moment I caught them doing it) I was sent to the finance guy, but not before waiting for over half an hour. Then I was told he was ready for me just to walk into his office and sit there for 10 minutes while he talked on the phone. It was clearly someone in his family and had nothing to do with work. Once he gave me the final price form I had to correct it, he had the tax/title/license charges on there twice. Again trying to rip me off by charging me for something twice, just like the so called added features. So I had to debate with the guy for another 10 minutes just to get the price to what I was already promised by the manager. Go here if you want to wait forever just to wait so someone can call home and chat right in front of you. Also be prepared to double check everything because they use very devious and underhanded tactics to try and completely rip you off. Also just to add, the employees I was forced to deal with aren't even on the list they require me to choose from to return this review. Thus I'm just going to pick a random name. More

Worst experience since being at Dodge I was going in for an oil change and to see if I could get my transmission checked as well Ashley Gorley came up to my car and I let her know I needed I was going in for an oil change and to see if I could get my transmission checked as well Ashley Gorley came up to my car and I let her know I needed an oil change and to check my transmission as well if possible, she said that their transmission specialist was busy so my car would have to stay for a couple of days in order to be checked so I asked her if the dodge in midland had a transmission specialist available and she said she did not know. She didn’t offer to call and ask she didn’t even try to offer me a different solution so I said I’ll call them. She never asked if I got free oil changes or if I had any coupons. I went to the lobby waiting area and she calls me and lets me know I do pay for my oil changes and I told her yes I do and I have a coupon. She then told me that I had to present her the coupon before starting the service for the next time otherwise I would be charged full price. I was going to have to pay full price because she never asked me if I had an oil change coupon. I have always been asked for my oil change coupon at the beginning of service had she asked me at the beginning I would have emailed it to her then as I always have in the past. Two hours into service she calls me and let’s me know that my air filter needs to be changed as well so I tell her to go ahead and do it. I receive a text that if I need anything else during my visit that I could just send a text and so I did since I never saw her come back into the lobby asking her how long I would have to leave my car to get the transmission checked and she never answered me. Pointless to even text me if she wasn’t even going to respond or come and talk to me. The whole time I’m in the lobby everyone in there is constantly getting updated on their vehicles except me I get a phone call she never came into the lobby to talk to me. She came into the lobby to give another guy his keys as his vehicle was ready and she didn’t even acknowledge me. At that point I realized she wasn’t only being rude she was being racist everyone was getting good service except for me. A couple minutes later she calls me letting me know my vehicle is ready. She never mentioned that I had texted her or anything I was extremely upset and just ready to leave since I was treated with such disrespect. Aaron usually takes care of my oil changes and I’ve never once had a problem always rated him 10s straight across. More
