It was pretty easy going with a great salesman. I told Sam what I wanted and what I could pay and he ran with it and I got a nice truck with most everything I wanted. Lack of Communication & fllow up My New truck ( which I did not buy there ) suddenly started acting funny in the transmission, I call the service department to see if I could get my t My New truck ( which I did not buy there ) suddenly started acting funny in the transmission, I call the service department to see if I could get my truck looked at and then repaired. The service advisor that I spoke to informed me that it would be 3 to 4 days before it could be looked at. I dropped off the truck and had to rent transportation from the dealership. I called to check on my truck 3 days after dropping it off, the service advisor explained that the technician had looked at it and my transmission needed to be replaced or rebuilt. She was going to check on parts. From that point on every time I called, I spoke to a couple different service advisors, each one said they would go see what the status was and call me back and never did or would. So I wait a day and call back and the same thing would happen again and again. So after several attempts with emails and phone calls, I finally call costumer service to try to get some answers on the repairs on my truck. A call was also made to the GM to try to get some answers. Surprisingly with in an hour of the call to the Asst. GM I got word that my truck would be ready the next day. 2 weeks of no word, then a call to costumer service and the Asst. GM, and it was suddenly repaired. Its a Ram product so it shouldn't matter where service work is done !! I have been a Ram owner sense 2007 and have purchased 6 Ram truck in that time frame. That should be worth something to you all and the brand !! It should matter which dealership I purchase from, its still a Ram !! More
