Nothing but trouble from the start with this dealership. I went to purchase my first car here in 2019, and bought the most expensive warranty for my car. After claiming to have driven it rigorously for multiple days, they came to the conclusion that everything was in “perfect working order.” Frustrated, I went to pick the car up to see what our other options may be. Come to find out that even with my warranty still in tact, I was charged over $170 for services that did not even address the problem. This part is the cherry on top—when I drove the car off the lot, the A/C continued its now normal problem of blowing warm air to none at all. Seems to me that they didn’t really bother to address anything at all! Needless to say, I will not be buying another Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler—and I will NEVER conduct business with this dealership ever again. I will also be telling everyone that will listen how slimy this dealership is to deal with. If I could leave zero stars, I would. More
