I support the dealership and service department. But was very upset when I had an appointment at 7 am, which I dropped truck off for. And had to call a 1:30 wondering if a 1-2 hour recall was finished. The very upset when I had an appointment at 7 am, which I dropped truck off for. And had to call a 1:30 wondering if a 1-2 hour recall was finished. The service advisor mentioned that they had 4-5 of the same recall to do they day and it was taking longer than expected. And ironically an hour later the truck was ready. And on top of it being ready I asked for a porter service and it never showed up. So I had to find a ride up there after work to pick up truck. i understand this was just a recall job and there wasn’t a “money ticket” to be made. But I really would have figured the quoted appointment would have been honored. More
