In satisfied due to purchasing a package for two oil changes and was not aware of any expiration date, which caused me to loose that money. Then they tried to sell me another package deal with an expira changes and was not aware of any expiration date, which caused me to loose that money. Then they tried to sell me another package deal with an expiration date knowing I don’t put many miles on my Dodge. Then I paid over $90 for an oil change and an additional $20 for a tire rotation with no balancing. I wanted to keep get my service done where I bought the vehicle but with that kind of service, I will never utilize that dealership again nor will I purchase any other vehicles from them. I purchased two vehicles from All American in San Angelo in one year. Never again with that kind of service!!! More

Not given enough information regarding time frames when I called to schedule “perform service” appointment. Now I have to make further arrangements for an additional appointment. Made appointment with the service department to diagnose my jeep. Dropped off on Thursday, lexi told my wife and I that it would take 24 to 48 hours to diagnose. Called Friday, jeep still had not been looke my jeep. Dropped off on Thursday, lexi told my wife and I that it would take 24 to 48 hours to diagnose. Called Friday, jeep still had not been looked at. Went up there on Monday, still was diagnosing. Told when dropped jeep off, not to tear apart engine, as it is under warranty If it was an engine issue, would take it back where we got engine. When we did got there, lexi informed us that he was fixing to tear into the motor for further looking. My wife said, no, you're not. It is under warranty. Took the jeep with us to take to our mechanic, and the jeep drove worse than it did when we dropped it off. When we hooked it up to the computer to look at codes, before we dropped it off, it threw 3. It now throws 12 codes. This kind of service does not make my wife want to come back in the future for any kind of service. More

They got me in on short notice for an oil change and that was much appreciated. I did feel like the technician that did the work had a bad attitude and did not care about my Jeep. Service department customer service has fallen way off of the charts. Won't recommend or use again. Waited 3 hours for an oil change just to be told they never pulled my truck in.
