Horrible communication skills, and very unorganized. Took our truck in for a recall and engine light & it took the 5 and a half weeks to get out truck back. The issue was only the air filter. I was trying to do a favor and NOT replying to these but since keep on sending them to my text I guess I will. I had my vehicle towed in after calling and being told it would get looked at quickly. Days p since keep on sending them to my text I guess I will. I had my vehicle towed in after calling and being told it would get looked at quickly. Days passed and I had to go to the store just to remind them of the vehicle. My calls could not reach anyone and never received call backs because they had wrong/ old number even though I TOLD them the new number when I brought it in and told them then the old number was no good. Then after quite a bit with no news even though they claimed they would get to it soon, I had to go in again just to get them to try and get to it. THEN they finally called and said it was done and when I got in it ended up they charged me for the wrong car and lost my keys to my real one which had been sitting in the tow lot all this time, never even looked at. They claimed they wrote down the fee to employee cost if that is even a thing there. But overall worst ever experience with getting a car serviced. Again, mistakes happen and though I was severely disappointed I did not want to get anyone in trouble but you guys keep sending me this survey so I am letting you know the truth. More

There was a recall on our vehicle that was going to take a few days to complete. Unfortunately we live about 90 miles away, so leaving it was going to be very inconvenient. To our great surprise, Eddie was a few days to complete. Unfortunately we live about 90 miles away, so leaving it was going to be very inconvenient. To our great surprise, Eddie was very understanding and provided a rental vehicle until the work was completed. We left a Jeep Cherokee and drove off in a Challenger!! It was a great experience for us!! More
