Everytime I use this service center, I have to call them. Currently waiting on a call back from them after they said a part came in, but wasn't sure if my warranty covered it. This dealership was eager to get us in to service our warranty agreement, but when they found out how much trouble the vehicle was in and the work needed, our needs as a customer were dropped. Alex was the service representative we were assigned to, and he acted very professional at first; he took all the information and checked the vehicle in. When I informed him I had a warranty agreement, Alex promised me he would not drive the vehicle only start it long enough to hear what’s wrong with it. They called me the following day when I found out they had driven the vehicle to the service barn, almost almost 500 yards away to check it out where they came out with a diagnosis of a cracked block and a blown engine. They told me I needed to let them go ahead and pull the motor out so the insurance adjuster could check and see if the damage was from abuse, neglect, or possibly foul play. We bought this vehicle very used. We know we did not abuse it on our end. We also don’t know when the crack happened, since the sound coming from the engine sounded like the timing chain came off. The vehicle was not leaking anything when we loaded it on the trailer to transport it to the dealership. Alex told me I could tell the warranty provider their techs found none of these issues. He then snuck the little price of 1500 dollars saying if they thought any of this I would be liable to pay this tear down fee. He should have told me this from the beginning. I’m not willing to take a gamble for $1500 when I am the 4th or 5th person to own this nearly 13 year old vehicle. I then informed him I was not wanting to pay anymore than the 4000 dollar warranty I had already financed for over a year in a half on the 2010 Jeep Wangler. I told him I believed I was upside down on the Jeep, so I wanted to look into maybe trading it in and cutting my loses with it. He said that’s great we have a lot of promotions going on now and we can get you over to a sales person to make this happen. He had Mr. Chavez send me a video of him self and ask me to call him. I did we talked about my situation and he said he could get us into something, and felt confident. Then Chavez never called me back. I called Alex Castaneda to see what was going because I had not heard from All American Jeep Dodge and he asked, “have you decided what you were going to do with the Jeep. I told him I’m waiting on Chavez to call me back and later I received a text from Chavez saying he was trying to get in touch with the used car buyer on the Jeep’s value. Never once did he state any problems or issues about the sale or anything. Three days went by, so I canceled the extended warranty, went to Car Town Hyundai (your competitor), filled out an application for credit was approved (ordered a new Bronco) from Car Town Hyundai. Three days later, my Bronco arrived. Alex from All American finally called me back and said what are we going to do with the Jeep again? I informed him I was going to pick it up because we never heard from Chavez, so I took my business somewhere else. He said, “that’s good I’m glad you where able to get help by someone getting you something you wanted!” I did not get help from them or a real solution to my busted Jeep problem. It was as if he was laughing at my troubles at his lot. Later, Chavez texted me asking if he could text with me and had the same comments. It’s as if your company doesn’t care that it lost a sale or the customer is upset with the whole ordeal. When I picked it up, my vehicle’s fender never got reattached properly from the removal of the spark plugs I learned about from Alex. The fender was hanging loose away from the driver door and we saw where they drove the broken Jeep with a damaged crankshaft across the parked lot and parked it at the other end of the lot. Alex even forgot I was worried about the condition the Jeep was in and asked if I wanted him to get a service person to pull it around and drive it onto the trailer. I informed him again I did not want to damage it anymore than it already was. I plan on sharing my experience with all that will listen in San Angelo about the poor service I received at All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT of San Angelo. Thank You Tim Proctor More

However, the overall experience is the same and disheartening. Generally, you were overlooked, lied to, and a true meaning of customer service is not understood by the vast majority of the people contacted at this dealership. Kudos to Alex for her professionalism and attention to detail. She was extremely polite and helpful, and it did not appear that I was a nuisance to her by bringing my vehicle there as it has been in past experiences. Also, Terry Duren was very helpful in his explanation regarding the process of a valuation of my jeep. More
