I am from NC and I bought a vehicle from this dealership. The salesman Noah that I had was hard to get in touch with at times and would not call back. The vehicle I bought was a 2017 Yukon Denali XL. The vehicle was supposed to have 50,390 miles on it. When I got the vehicle it had 51,000 miles on it. Over 700 more miles. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed and inspected, so I was told to leave the vehicle a couple days before having it shipped. The vehicle was not detailed. I was also told it would have a full tank of gas. It came with a quarter tank of gas. Also the front windshield had a crack, one of the dvd players doesn't work. The headliner was very dirty and the exhaust tips had a build up of road grime and mud. More

Service claimed the fuel system needed to be replaced because it had contaminated fuel in it. When I asked what was in the fuel, Eddie told me it had red diesel in it. I asked if there was anything else because it had contaminated fuel in it. When I asked what was in the fuel, Eddie told me it had red diesel in it. I asked if there was anything else (trash) in the fuel system and Eddie said no but the fuel system will have to be replaced because red diesel was used. I told him we would pick the truck up and to send me a bill for what we owed. Got the truck to another dealership. They determined that the fuel had gasoline in it. They drained the tank, refilled with diesel and the truck runs fine now. Very disappointed in San Angelo. Do not have a good feeling about the handling of the situation. Feels like a dishonest maneuver on their behalf. More
