My truck sat there for two weeks ( Monday though Friday) and I picked the truck up so I could use it during the weekend between both weeks. The second Week I finally had someone tell me they still haven’t l and I picked the truck up so I could use it during the weekend between both weeks. The second Week I finally had someone tell me they still haven’t looked at it. Meaning my service truck lost money for two weeks when I could have just dropped it off when they were ready but no one communicated that. I had my truck picked up and taken to the Abilene dealership and they fixed the issue and brought it back to me in four days (two days waiting on a part) I’ll keep sending my Ram work truck there and not use the San Angelo Ram center.
