Had a transmission fluid leaking out a vent. Service advisor called and wanted me show them the exact place it was leaking. This is a good thing and wish all dealerships would do this. Found the transmission was overfilled on the last service. They took responsibility and repaired the problem. Daniel was an excellent service advisor. Had the car for 7 days which is not great but manageable. This is a big improvement over the last time the car was here. My confidence has been raised. More

Parts out of stock and needed ordered, repair tech on another vehicle (told tech had to be specially re-assigned), repair took longer than estimated Parts out of stock and needed ordered, repair tech on another vehicle (told tech had to be specially re-assigned), repair took longer than estimated (waiting on ordered part), and the time to repair and its cost was greater than the estimate. Had to tell service manager 3 or 4 times what I wanted repaired and to ignore other findings. Manager seemed unable or unwilling to understand repair request and quoted for and attempted to schedule all repairs until the service ticket was flatly denied. Service manager seemed unsympathetic to customer’s needs (moving out of state within a few days). There wasn’t the promised loner car. More
