I've never had less than a two hour wait when I've taken my car in for an oil change. It doesn't matter if I did or didn't have an appointment. The last time I took my vehicle in I told them the car was sha my car in for an oil change. It doesn't matter if I did or didn't have an appointment. The last time I took my vehicle in I told them the car was shaking and losing control when I applied my brakes when going 60 mph and asked them to please check the brakes. The clerk said it was probably because I had driven it when it was wet?!?! Really, what kind of idiot do they think I am?!? I guess all cars are supposed to pull over and stop when it is raining?!? BTW, it happened weeks before we had any significant rain. Idiots! More

Made an appointment, when I showed up with my car they said they don't see me listed. Took my car anyways but then there 3 hour timeframe took 8 hours and still didn't diagnose anything whatsoever. They asked me to bring it back for a longer time to complete. Had to take to Lubbock for service in which right away they told me the issue and helped me get everything taken care of. Unfortunately I can't rely on my local dealership, just like the reviews already listed. More
