Well last week that all changed thanks to Paul Hatcher general manager at All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge of San Angelo. It all started with the service department, I took my truck in on a Monday, under warranty. They told me they would get to it on Wednesday needless to say it was Friday. When we were doing a check of my truck one of the service personnel had left a half empty coke in the console, no biggie I tried to give it to Eddie somebody that worked there and he got smart with me. After that my wife then noticed wires sticking out of my back door. Someone had cut the wires off my spotlight and stoled it and did damage to my truck. I met with Paul Hatcher and asked to see the security cameras, he then told me they don't have any he does not believe in them, and that they are not responsible for anything that happens to cars and trucks while in the shop. I call the police to fill out a report and while I am talking to them Paul comes out carrying my light the wires been cut smooth and stripped. As soon as I leave my service engine light comes back on so I call the service department and they tell me I am not allowed in their stores anymore, so much for my warranty work. No service after the sale They'll be glad to sell you a car or truck but if you ever need service, forget it! Their service department is ABYSMAL!!! Be prepared to be without a vehicle for at least a week, they don't have loaners. And be sure to get anything the salesman promises you in writing. They tend to renege on their word. They have the worst service department and poor standard operating procedures in this town! I will never buy from any All American dealerships again because of them. Not to mention the prices of their vehicles are higher than the other dealerships. I do have proof of all this! Also they expect you to "plan" your vehicle breakdowns, do without your vehicle for 2-3 days ti they get around to "diagnosing" what is wrong, then tell you the breakdown repairs don't qualify enough man hours to give you a loaner vehicle! Arent they wonderful??!!! More

Lack of customer service in the Service Department 2012 Dodge Ram in shop for blinking engine light. After 2 weeks and 2 days they looked at it. Picked it up today, and the problem is still there. Sean in the service dept said his tech drove it on the loop, no way. I just had gotten on Mertzon highway, and the light started blinking. They only drove it on the loop and never accelerated, but the computer said no problems. Well now the truck goes back, and they keep it another FEW WEEKS until its it goes thru the rotation. Last time it was in for a reset on a sensor it was over a week. . I just purchased a 2015 jeep with an issue, wow. when I take it there is no telling how ling it will be until I get that back. The service department lacks empathy for customers in this situation. They did not look at the truck and therefore did not see what was going on. Sad Sad place, NEVEK again will we purchase a vehicle from them. We did not learn the first time . Sean had told our son it was not accelerated, only went on the loop. But truck runs rough on or off the loop. More
When I was in for normal service, I also told Josh about the ":check engine light" being on. He discovered a problem with the rocker shafts; they needed to be replaced. I was given an immediate service ti the ":check engine light" being on. He discovered a problem with the rocker shafts; they needed to be replaced. I was given an immediate service time (plus a ride home), and in a couple of days the whole thing was fixed! The car runs well; it's quiet; and it even "feels" more powerful. Excellent, speedy work; outstanding customer relations withn Josh; and a totally satisfied experience! THANKS! You can be sure that for any future service needs, I'll be back! More

He used his professional expertise to get price match on service for my h service center employee was being totally unprofessional and unreasonable.
