Did not fix the part I brought my Jeep in to have the door bottom door hinge on the front passenger side door. It took several days to get the “part” in and paint it. I fi I brought my Jeep in to have the door bottom door hinge on the front passenger side door. It took several days to get the “part” in and paint it. I finally got my Jeep back 3-4 days later. A week later I was taking my doors off and the same hinge was broken in the same place. So either it was never fixed or the wrong hinge was “fixed”. Either way tried to fix it myself rather than take it back to the dealership. I’ve gone there twice now and both times nothing has been fixed. More

Horrible service Made an appointment a week ago, to have a tune-up on vehicle this morning at 9am. Just stopped by to check on status (5 hours later). Didn't know vehicle was there and obviously the service wasn't performed. They pretty much blamed it on the person who booked it last week, and the poor guy wasn't even there to defend himself. Needless to say, I'm definitely not a happy customer. They have a sign up on the wall asking what I rate them from 1 to 10, I say zero!! More
