Not happy is all I can say. Was told that my car would be detailed and have a few things fixed and nothing was done. Very fishy when you can’t get an answer as to why a buyer can’t leave with the vehicle the day it’s purchased but have to wait 2 weeks and still nothing was done. Then after several phone calls all you get is a runaround. We would never recommend this dealership to anyone simply because of the BS and the refusal to contact us back. More

Very professional! Quick response per our questions. We drove 10 hrs to purchase our new Ram 1500 Longhorn Eco Diesel. Why? Because they beat Louisiana price by $4000. So yeah it was worth the drive. I’ve never taking my car in for even a oil change and not had a Issue. Oh 2/10 I came in ask if there would be a long wait for a oil change and was told no. Two and a half hours later I left there. No other had a Issue. Oh 2/10 I came in ask if there would be a long wait for a oil change and was told no. Two and a half hours later I left there. No other issues just oil change. I missed my afternoon appointment. I love the dealership but I’m going to cash out my warranty with the service department. The manager Patrick did come speak to me and he was very apologetic and courteous,( as the reps have always been rude to me this was nice). He just doesn’t understand or know of my many disappointments. Thank you More
