Cody was very helpful and personable. Straight shooter that was very upfront and honest. My wife and I were treated with respect which was very much appreciated. I’ve had my truck in the service department going on 5 times since January 2022. Each time it’s been because of the DEF system, couple times it was the same thing. I need Chrysler to get in touch with me times since January 2022. Each time it’s been because of the DEF system, couple times it was the same thing. I need Chrysler to get in touch with me because this truck is a LEMON. Oh & each time it was at the dealership they kept it a week. That means I was out of work for a week I’m a business owner and I need my truck to make a living. Never once did Chrysler or Dodge offer me a truck to drive while mine was down. I’m sick of this & Chrysler needs to get in touch with me so we can discuss getting me another truck & compensation for my lost time. If Chrysler can not get in touch with me then my attorney will get in contact with you. More
Thought female coming to get vehicle and didn’t fix. I brought mechanic with me and proved they were trying to screw me over because they don’t want to do warranty work. I’m female not stupid. My past experiences with going to this dealership to get repairs or an oil change used to be quick, easy, and affordable. The past few years I feel like the service has gone down the drain. Not to say that repairs or an oil change used to be quick, easy, and affordable. The past few years I feel like the service has gone down the drain. Not to say that the employees were rude in anyway. They were the only reason I did not lose my mind. You can tell just by looking at them without asking questions that they were short staffed as well as stressed out of their mind. If I could give them a separate rating I would rate them a four with how well they handled my stress as well as the other displeased customers at the location. However, the visit itself was an awful experience and if I did not sign up for the free oil changes for life I would consider never coming back. Since the pandemic I started requesting to be taken home because I didn’t want to wait two hours for a simple oil change. I showed up with my vehicle needing an oil change and a new thermostat at 10:30 in the morning. Expecting it to be done at 12:30, I wanted to give the guys some time just in case. It did look like a pretty busy day. So I arrived at 3:30 to pick up my truck, and it was still not ready. They had barely pulled up to begin the oil change. I did not leave until 4:15 that day. That was just the experience. The pricing structure however, I had to pull out my own thermostat in my truck to be able to get home safely. I needed to buy a new thermostat and get it popped in. My thermostat is not located in a difficult place, so I assumed this would be an $85 fix at the most. Considering the most expensive (and only) part was $49. After the guy at the front desk ran the numbers, he told me it was going to be $181. I usually don’t write negative reviews because I find them too the unreliable and a bit of an information dump. However, at some point I think enough is enough. I am getting to the point where paying a mom and pop store $80 to do my oil change rather than getting it done for free, is a lot more appealing than waiting five hours. I believe that it can be done better and the prices do not need to be that inflated. I hope to see improvement in the future. More
They were able to get my Jeep out quicker than expected. Great experience all in all. Great experience all in all. More
While they've got lots of vehicle inventory, the sales and finance people have a complete and TOTAL lack of communication & follow-thru, once the "sale" is done. They happily took my money (a Cashier' and finance people have a complete and TOTAL lack of communication & follow-thru, once the "sale" is done. They happily took my money (a Cashier's Check for the purchase price), but then told me the vehicle still needed to be serviced & inspected. After a few days, I called and was told that the "remote" (the key-fob) was defective and a new one was on order, but it could take several days to a week to receive. I asked if I could take delivery anyway, and just come back when the key-fob arrives, and they said, "sure, no problem. Come by tomorrow afternoon, we'll have it ready". I arrived the following afternoon, only to find that the vehicle had NOT been "fully" serviced (if at all), nor had it been washed & detailed as they had said it would be. The oil was still dirty, none of the fluids had been topped-up, and the vehicle was filthy. I was pissed!! I asked to speak with the Service Manager, and he assured me that the oil had been changed, but agreed that the fluids were missed (really...?), and not washed and detailed (obviously). They topped the fluids, and I left. Had I not called to check on the vehicle's status, how long would I have waited? Would they have just kept the vehicle until they received the new key fob? Why didn't anyone think to call me and give an update? Unbelievable... They did call a few days later, and I returned to have the new key programmed, which went smoothly. I still do not believe the oil was ever properly changed, because the "oil life" monitor had not been reset. It was indicating "23% life remaining" (about 75% used), so I changed it myself and reset the monitor. To date (now 3 weeks later) the oil is still quite clean... it had definitely not been changed by them (it was very brown for having supposedly been changed by them the day before). They also never did the wash & detail work, as indicated. Lord only knows what else they missed or omitted. UPDATE: I discovered that there was no lug nut "key" supplied with the vehicle (although they did supply a brand new spare tire). If I did have a tire problem, I had no way to remove a tire and put on a spare. I alerted them about this oversight, and they said they really couldn't do anything, as they [apparently] didn't get the key with the vehicle. I ended up buying 20 new lug nuts, and they were kind enough to change-out the tires and install the new lugs for me, at no charge (I changed tire sizes, to a smaller off-road tire). They did do me good on that situation. Thank you! Although I'm quite happy with the vehicle, I'm quite disappointed with this dealership. Very POOR customer service, as a whole (with the exceptionof the tire work, thanks Gage), and poor communication with the customer. I probably would not buy here again. I might recommend them to someone looking to buy, but with the warning to make them communicate better. More
