Was kinda bummed as I had made this service appointment two weeks in advance and for two reasons. One, for a recall and the 2nd to have my truck’s AC system looked at as I’ve been having concerns about it’ two weeks in advance and for two reasons. One, for a recall and the 2nd to have my truck’s AC system looked at as I’ve been having concerns about it’s cooling performance. Well, got there promptly at 8 am on June 10, and was told that the service centers HVAC tech was backed up for a few days. I wasn’t told that when making the appointment and regardless, I booked two weeks ahead. Was quite unimpressed as I had not only taken a day of vacation BUT also drove in from Midland More
