There was a recall on our vehicle that was going to take a few days to complete. Unfortunately we live about 90 miles away, so leaving it was going to be very inconvenient. Alex was polite always apologetic and easy to talk with. However I made an appointment 1 week in advance to have my truck looked at. I dropped my truck off where it sat for 1 month before it was even looke However I made an appointment 1 week in advance to have my truck looked at. I dropped my truck off where it sat for 1 month before it was even looked at by a mechanic. I know this because my wife would drive by the dealership every day on her way to work and from work. I was told I could not be given a rental until the mechanic diagnosed the problem. I use my 2020 Ram 2500 every day as my only means of transportation to and from work. I was fortunate enough to have coworkers give me a ride for over a month waiting for the repair to be done. Repairs were eventually completed and I am pleased with the work. The suspension issue caused damage to the front two tires, and All American replaced those free of charge. The actual time it took to do the repair was 1 day. After a month of talkng with coworkers who themselves or their friends and family have had similar experiences at All American Dodge I seriously doubt that I will ever purchase another vehicle from another lythia dealership. Some of my coworkers have suggested taking my truck out of town to Clyde or Abilene where they have had repair or recall work done and they say it is much faster. I do not have the time to spend an entire day or drive 200 miles to have a windshield wiper recall fixed. I don't even want to think about how I am going to deal with the fuel pump recall. More
