I came in to the SanAngelo Jeep service department in mid July and was given an appointment for Monday August 29th. I made it clear that my vehicle is used for work and needed minimal time in the shop. I dro July and was given an appointment for Monday August 29th. I made it clear that my vehicle is used for work and needed minimal time in the shop. I dropped off my Jeep gladiator early to avoid disruption of my normal work schedule. I dropped off on August 26th and returned on September 8th after I was told it hadn’t been looked at yet. 2 weeks and nothing!!! I picked up my truck to return to work. I asked for a call when my turn was next in line, to drop it off at a later date, and was told it had to be on site to be considered on the waiting list!! This service department is falling behind and needs to be assessed by upper management. There is no excuse to set appointments that far ahead and not meet deadlines. More
