It took over 3 hrs to get my vehicle service and everyone that arrived after me was serviced before I was. No explanation was provided. My vehicle sat completed for at least 20 minutes. The guy at the first desk who signed me in was also rude. I understand everyone is short handed but an explanation would have been nice.
