My truck sat there for two weeks ( Monday though Friday) and I picked the truck up so I could use it during the weekend between both weeks. The second Week I finally had someone tell me they still haven’t l and I picked the truck up so I could use it during the weekend between both weeks. The second Week I finally had someone tell me they still haven’t looked at it. Meaning my service truck lost money for two weeks when I could have just dropped it off when they were ready but no one communicated that. I had my truck picked up and taken to the Abilene dealership and they fixed the issue and brought it back to me in four days (two days waiting on a part) I’ll keep sending my Ram work truck there and not use the San Angelo Ram center. More

Overall I am pleased with All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT of San Angelo. The service was good and the people were nice to work with. I have some concerns with the 2023 Dodge Ram 4 X 4 I boug Dodge Ram FIAT of San Angelo. The service was good and the people were nice to work with. I have some concerns with the 2023 Dodge Ram 4 X 4 I bought. It had no tow hitch even though the sales staff I worked with knew I had a travel trailer I would be towing. It was partly my fault for not noticing there was no tow hitch on the pickup. I could not believe there would be no tow hitch on a 2023 pickup of any make or model!!!! Whoever blew in pickup bed liner got some spray on the driver’s outside back fender. More

I get my oil changed here every time. The service reps are always professional and helpful. I appreciate the free coffee in the lounge. I would like it if someone took a little more time and pride in their work to make it look nice. This is only a few times out of the 20+ times I’ve come for an oil change. Also, you have a 30.06 No concealed carry sign but no 30.07 sign forbidding open carry. Legally I could walk in with an unconcealed handgun (licensed). Just throwing this out there. More
