Rude! Everything was going well until the end of the process. I was asked if I wanted to trade in my current vehicle, I had said no already before but recon Everything was going well until the end of the process. Looking out the window said "why would I want that!? No offense but it looks like a cheetah ain't nobody going to want that, what am I going to do with it!?" (It's a 2010 red dodge charger and had some body damage, but the sales man offered to take it as a trade in to help the deal.) In a very rude and unprofessional way then Proceeded to laugh along with the rest of the staff. No deal was made nor will I recommend this place to anyone. More

Never again! Let's start with the buying experience. The truck I bought new is a 2014 Ram Sport R/T, so it's been a couple of years. They did not have the truck I Let's start with the buying experience. The truck I bought new is a 2014 Ram Sport R/T, so it's been a couple of years. They did not have the truck I was looking for on the lot (not a surprise) but they could get me one from another dealer. After the deal was made, (full price for a new truck)they said it would be there in a couple of days. I had the Vin# and wanted to see some pics so I Googled it and found the truck. The dealership website had big red letters that said "Ask about our hail sale". I called them because I didn't want a damaged truck, they said it had been outside during the storm and that it was damaged. Well I called my sales guy here and he said that wasn't true when I asked. So the truck arrived, with some of the shottiest hail repair I've ever seen. So they tried to pass off a damaged truck for brand new with brand new price tag, and lied to me in the process. They said they could get another one, and I went ahead and let them. After all that, they didn't want to let me leave with my truck (which I was trading) and gave me one off the lot. Once it arrived everything was good, until I had the truck for about 4 months and the electronics were malfunctioning.. so I took it in. They gave me the runaround three times before getting it fixed. Nick Nicholson was the Service Manager and he was very professional, in fact I had to ask to speak to him before anyone in there took me serious. He got me a rental and took care of me the way I expected him to, and the truck was fixed. Also one of the Parts guys there have been very good, can't remember a name. Everyone else there deserves a kick in the keester...hard! More
