Awesome I bought a used 2009 Dodge Journey with an extended warranty. 3 days after having the car the A/C stopped blowing cold. Took it to the Dealer and they I bought a used 2009 Dodge Journey with an extended warranty. 3 days after having the car the A/C stopped blowing cold. Took it to the Dealer and they said Warranty wouldn't cover it, since it was a pre-existing problem. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, now we notice a leak coming from the oil pan and a ticking noise from the engine. We call the dealership to get it looked at, there were a number of issues with the vehicle that were not noticeable. The car ended up at the dodge house for quite some time. I ended up having to purchase another vehicle while this was going on. Now not only did the Dodge house (Lonnie Plank-Service Manager) fix absolutely everything out of their own pocket they realized that buying another vehicle was putting us in a financial situation that was rough. Robert Cardosi (General Manager) bought the entire vehicle back from us (not trade in FULL PURCHASE) Free and Clear, these people went above and beyond for my wife and I. More
