Didn't know vehicle was there and obviously the service wasn't performed. They pretty much blamed it on the person who booked it last week, and the poor guy wasn't even there to defend himself. Needless to say, I'm definitely not a happy customer. They have a sign up on the wall asking what I rate them from 1 to 10, I say zero!! More

I give him praise because he has ALWAYS been helpful the few times I have needed assistance with the Fiat 500 Abarth. The negative review is directed at the overall experience. My wife drives the Fiat and does not put many miles on the vehicle. Finally, the time had arrived when the service car/change oil light came on. We called the service department and were told it was a good time to bring in the vehicle...around noon as I recall. Was told it should not take long at all. I informed the person taking our car that I had prepaid for the oil change. Not too much later I received a call thinking our car was ready. It was in fact Eddie calling to let me know that our oil change had expired. EXPIRED? How is that? I was displeased and shared that this was not a good deal from a customer's point of view. I shared with Eddie that months before I had taken the Fiat in to receive that oil change because a lot of time had passed and I figured it was due. The person I spoke with said to keep driving it until the light came on and then come for the oil service. That is what we did...we waited for the oil light to come on. Then to be told our purchase had expired. That is not good business considering that oil change is about $90. Apparently the manger needed some persuading to do the right thing. Fortunately, Eddie was able to make it happen. On top of it...it tool over 4 hours to get the car back! I was infuriated and my wife was as well. She almost missed an appointment because of the delay. It was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had and had I not respected Eddie so much, I would have spoken with any manager with the steel to listen what a farce of an operation he/she was operating. I believe in solutions and my only solution is to NEVER do business with this organization. How a customer is treated in the service department has a lot of influence of whether or not you decide to purchase your next vehicle from that dealership. Our Fiat requires special service, we get that. Now we have a dilemma because few people can work on the car and this experience was abysmal. The question is, what will you do about it? The survey certainly is belated but my sentiments about the experience are fresh as yesterday. More
Took a lot longer than expected Truck now runs great. Took longer than expected because I was told the mechanic was bouncing around from one vehicle to another. Even in my line of wo Truck now runs great. Took longer than expected because I was told the mechanic was bouncing around from one vehicle to another. Even in my line of work, I know that doesn't help anyone. I understand working on another vehicle while waiting on parts, but even after my parts came in I was told he had other stuff to do. My truck was in the shop for almost 2 weeks. Ive done this work before, and with parts on hand it should take less than 1 day. I was told the last part came in on Saturday, and I didn't get my truck until the following Friday.Overall I'm very pleased and would take it back if necessary. I would however add about 2 weeks on to the time I'm told it would take. Not sure who the mechanic was, and I'm sure he was only doing what he was told. I would think "parts are in, get this done asap". That's not how it worked though. More

Terrible Service Department I have bought several Cars from this dealership over the years. And have always had to fight with their service department but TODAY is the worse I have ever had to deal with. I took my Jeep in due to the emergency brake lights saying it needed service on 7JUN2018. The service rep was named Eddie. I took him out to the vehicle and showed him the service Parking brake Light. Eddie walked back inside and told me that the earliest he could get the car worked on was going to be 13Jun2018 at 9 am. I told him that I had an appointment at 930 am and that I was going to need a ride. Eddie stated to come in 10 to 15 mins early and that he would get me back home in time for me to make it to my appointment. I agreed. Well today is 13Jun2018 and having dealt with this service department in the past I arrived at 30 mins early to the appointment. I approached Eddie and told him my name and reminded him that I had an appointment. He had me sign a paper that said it was for a free multipoint inspection. He saw the service brakes indicator on. How is it just a multipoint inspection? I asked him about the Shuttle to make it to my appointment. And he told me it was going to be an 45mins to an hour to get the shuttle to get me home. I told him what he said about 10to15 mins early and that it wasnt going to work for me and he said what do you want me to do about it. I threw my keys up on the desk and walked out.. I went up front to speak to someone about getting a ride home. I ran asked a secretary while I was up there to speak to someone about the way the service department she said Brian was the service manager. And proceeded to take me to him. I told her Id prefer not to go back there due to the fact that I was lied to about the shuttle and that I didnt want to get any more upset. She brought Brian upfront and I started to explain to him what happened. He stopped me and told me that he talked to Eddie and was told that it would only be a 20 min wait. I said thats a lie and that was one of the reasons I didnt walk back there to talk to him cause he told me 45-1hr . And that if i was back there when he said 20 mins I would have called him out on it. Brian then said well then I would be throwing you out. I lost my temper and told him that I wont be threatened and I will get my car and leave. We walked out back and he got my keys and I left. I will not be returning to this dearlship. ALL the years and vehicles I have bought from this dealership and today I learned my lesson. Do not buy from this dearlership drive the 1 1/2 hours to abilene, Big Spring, or Brownwood if you want a Jeep or Dodge. Being Lied to is one thing. But being told your gonna get kicked out cause you catch someone lying is wrong. More

worst service center I bought a car from this place a couple of years back and would never recommend this place to anyone. My sister has had her fiat in there since Wednes I bought a car from this place a couple of years back and would never recommend this place to anyone. My sister has had her fiat in there since Wednesday and these bozos haven't even looked at it yet. I called up there Thursday and was told they had about 80 cars in front of hers. That's a bunch of crap. If they don't know what they are doing they should just shut down. This is the worst place for service. Avoid this place at all cost. My sister has been without a car for almost a week and they couldn't care less. What a bunch of losers! More
