Not happy with service department at all. Over an hour for a schedule oil change. Wasn’t informed they could do an inspection until my car was pulled around for me to get. Have asked to check tires both previous times, they never mentioned it. Noticed a split in the tread in one tire the day after oil change. After purchasing 4 new tires do believe service should have checked tires and noted as asked. Online scheduling system does not work. Service and parts does not answer the phone. Not happy with service department at all. Would’ve rated 0 stars if possible More
