4 hr oil chang and tire rotation? It took 4 hours to perform a oil change and tire rotation, which should have taken maybe an hour. Didn’t throw the spare tire into the rotation like I asked, when I got home, I found oily hand prints on the hood, fenders, and I think on the steering wheel (but not sure, it felt like something was on it though) I called back and complained about the hand prints, which I washed off myself, just the principle of the deal. I will never go back and I have the Jeep Wave Program More
