Very sad experience I came in to get a oil change which was done very quickly but when I asked the gentleman about a issue with my truck that needed some work he informed I came in to get a oil change which was done very quickly but when I asked the gentleman about a issue with my truck that needed some work he informed me there was no way that y’all are booked 2-4 months out! How is that even possible?? So I spend $65,000 on a truck and need warranty work done and I’m expected to wait 2-4 months!! Totally unacceptable!! My family has spent $160,000 in the last 2 years here but I can assure you we never will again More

Excellent service easiest vehicle I have ever bought My wife and I stopped in to the dealership to look around. We were greeted by Davonte who was extremely nice and respectful. We knew what we wanted but we were not set on anything on the lot. Davonte, saw us looking at a Jeep and immediately got us the keys and let us drive it and helped us with any and every question we had about it. We sat down with Davonte and started talking prices and he was not pushy whatsoever like other dealerships I have been to. He was understanding and he honestly just wanted the best for us. We ended up coming to an agreement and leaving with a price we were extremely happy about. I would recommend this place to anyone who is buying their first car or even someone who just wants an easy car buying experience. More

Good customer service, poor exterior vehicle conditions Firstly, let me say that in the weeks prior to my trip to the dealership, I sent 5 emails requesting info about vehicles and asking for financing deta Firstly, let me say that in the weeks prior to my trip to the dealership, I sent 5 emails requesting info about vehicles and asking for financing details, and the dealership failed to respond to a single email that I sent. With that said, once there. I worked with Manny and JJ, and they were both highly professional, took care of any of my concerns, and helped me find the vehicle I wanted. The condition of the vehicles at this dealership is poor, as the dealership is completely outdoors. When our vehicle was pulled up, it’s exterior was extremely dirty and had scratches, paint marks, and a dent in it. It was ultimately the vehicle that we wanted, we were short on other options, and we were told that the dealership would take care of those scratches, paint marks, and dent, so we bought it. Through coordination with JJ and Manny, We took the vehicle in three times to have the dent and scratches fixed, and after a poor job done by the service department, we took it elsewhere to get it fixed. Besides the poor exterior vehicle quality, the poor service done by the service department, and the failure to respond to any of my emails, we’ve loved our Jeep and have no other complaints. We recommend the salesmen, but do not recommend the dealership. More
